At Liping Jewelry, we are dedicated to delivering our handcrafted jewelry to customers worldwide with speed and security. Based in Wuzhou, the world’s gemstone capital, we ensure every piece is handled with the utmost care.

1. Shipping Methods & Costs

We partner with leading global carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS) to provide reliable delivery.

Note: We recommend Expedited shipping for all high-value jewelry to ensure safety and tracking accuracy.

2. Processing & Production Time

Since many of our pieces are made-to-order, please account for the production time before your order is dispatched:

  • In-Stock Items / 925 Silver: Shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Loose Moissanite/Gems: Typically ship within 5–10 days.
  • Custom Jewelry / Solid Gold: Usually requires 2–3 weeks for handcrafted production and quality inspection.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (active within 24-48 hours).

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International Orders: Our product prices are EXW (Ex Works). This means the order total at checkout does not include import duties, local sales taxes, or customs fees.

Customer Responsibility: These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Refused Shipments: If a delivery is refused due to customs charges, the original shipping cost and any return shipping/duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.

4. Important Shipping Rules

  • Signature Required: For security reasons, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
  • No P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or hotels. A physical residential or business address is required.
  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us at lip070814@gmail.com immediately.
  • Tracking: You can track your package via the carrier's official website or through 17track.net.

5. Damages & Loss

While we use secure packaging, we are not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and goods before opening and contact the carrier to file a claim.

We recommend keeping all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
